- High purity: Silica (SiO₂) content of over 98% in its fine dry version.
- High uniformity coefficient (1.58 or higher), which improves filtration efficiency and reduces the number of backwashes.
- Free of impurities: 0% organic matter, clay, or unwanted particles.
